The Government of Romania Scholarships 2022 application session is now open. The fellowship is funded by Romania's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Romania Government Scholarship is a fully supported scholarship to pursue a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree at a Romanian university. All expenditures will be covered in full by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania. Individuals are eligible to join from all over the world. The Romanian government provides scholarships every year.

Each country will be offered 85 scholarships for undergraduate, master's, and doctorate study. There is no application cost for the Romanian Government Scholarship. The Romanian government offers a scholarship programme to nations that are not European Union members. In Romania, there are various scholarships that do not require IELTS.

One of the most prominent scholarships available is the Romania Scholarship. The Undergraduate Scholarship will span 3-6 years, the Master's Scholarship 1.5-2 years, and the Doctorate Scholarship 3-4 years. Universities in Romania offer a wide range of academic areas. Scholarships Offered by the Romanian Government

The following academic fields are available:

Some of the academic subjects provided include architecture, visual arts, Romanian culture and civilization, journalism, political and administrative sciences, engineering, education sciences, social and human sciences, technical studies, oil and gas, agricultural sciences, and veterinary medicine.

Scholarships are not available for medicine, dentistry, or pharmacy.

Romanian Scholarship Duration:

Master: 1.5, 2 Years

Doctorate: 3,4 Years

Undergraduate: 3-6 Years

Benefits and coverage in terms of money:

The fellowship is co-sponsored by the Romanian Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As a result, all international students studying in Romania are eligible for a fully financed scholarship.

Tuition is provided free of charge.

Accommodation is provided at no cost.

A Monthly Stipend consists of:

Undergraduate Students: 65 EUR per month (1st cycle).

75 EUR per month for Master's Degrees (2nd cycle).

Postgraduate Students (Doctorate Degree) pay 85 EUR per month (3rd cycle).

The scholarships do not cover international flights.

Documents that must be submitted:

     I.        Official letter from the country of origin's diplomatic mission in Bucharest, or from Romania's diplomatic mission in the country of origin or residency;

   II.        A completed MFA scholarship application form (APPENDIX 1) for Romania;

 III.        For getting a Letter of Acceptance to Study in Romania, use the MER application form (APPENDIX 2);

 IV.        Legalized copies of completed study diplomas (baccalaureate diploma or equivalent + bachelor's, master's, and doctor's degrees, if applicable) and legalized translations into one of the following languages, if necessary: English, French, or Romanian are all acceptable options.

  V.        Legalized copies of matriculation sheets/diploma supplements from graduate schools, as well as legalized translations, if applicable;

 VI.        Certified birth certificate translation in one of the following languages: English, French, or Romanian;

VII.        a copy of the first three pages of the passport;

VIII.        The medical certificate attesting that the person enrolling in the study does not have any communicable illnesses or other disorders that would prevent them from completing the studies; Curriculum vitae of the applicant;

 IX.        2 passport-sized photos taken recently.

The following documents will be included in the application file (but only for candidates who meet the criteria for each document):

     I.        Copy and legalized translation of proof of name change (where applicable).

   II.        A copy of the certificate attesting to the passing of the baccalaureate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral exam; a certified translation of the certificate attesting to the passing of the baccalaureate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral exam;

 III.        The certificate testifying the passing of the baccalaureate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral exam – copy and certified translation; the certificate attesting the passing of the baccalaureate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral exam – copy and certified translation; for current year's graduates, the certificate attesting the passing of the baccalaureate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral exam – copy and certified translation;

 IV.        A certificate of completion of the Romanian preparation year or a language proficiency certificate, if applicable;

  V.        In the case of minor applicants, a parental consent statement is required (in one of the following languages: English, French or Romanian).

Eligibility Requirements:

Citizens of other nations They come from all around the world, with the exception of European member states.

Being a Romanian citizen is not permitted.

You must be 35 years old to pursue a bachelor's or master's degree, and 45 years old to pursue a doctorate or postgraduate degree.

Cutoff Date:

The deadline to apply for the Romanian Government Scholarship 2022 is March 15, 2022. On July 15, 2022, the outcomes of the selection procedure will be announced.
