How to Apply for a PhD Fellowship in Hong Kong:

Before submitting applications for Ph.D. admission to their selected universities, eligible candidates must first complete an Initial Application online through the Hong Kong Ph.D. By December 1, 2020, you must have a HKPFS Reference Number through the Hong Kong Fellowship Scheme Electronic System (HKPFSES).

For the Ph.D., applicants may select up to two programs/departments at one or two universities study under HKPFS 2021/22. They must meet the admissions requirements of the colleges and programmes they have chosen.
