How to Apply for a PhD Fellowship in Hong Kong:

Before submitting applications for Ph.D. admission to their selected universities, eligible candidates must first complete an Initial Application online through the Hong Kong Ph.D. By December 1, 2020, you must have a HKPFS Reference Number through the Hong Kong Fellowship Scheme Electronic System (HKPFSES).
